Certified Teachers in Bali

Melissa Spamer has spent a good part of 2006-2007 training Yoga teachers in Ubud, Bali. She has certified eight Balinese Yoga teachers and twelve massage therapists. She hopes to continue to work with the Balinese to teach Yoga. Yoga is already a part of their daily living and culture. As more tourists travel to Bali for Yoga vacations, Melissa hopes to inspire the youth of Bali to view becoming a Yoga teacher as an employable and enjoyable skill. Her students have thoroughly enjoyed the training, learning all aspects of Yoga both for their personal health and wellness, as well as the empowerment it gives them to teach yoga to others.
