Prana Flow Yoga
Inspired by Shiva Rea, this is a dynamic and powerful vinyasa (sequential flow) class. The yoga sequences move creatively with music. We will explore Yogic Arts, dance, fluid motion, and vinyasa flow yoga. The focus is on building deep core strength and cultivating your personal power. This practice is liberating to the body & spirit. Must have some yoga experience and/or be in good physical condition to participate. This class does not teach yoga as physical therapy, and is not recommended for those with on-going injuries and/or acute pain.
ScheduleYin Yoga Flow
This is a vinyasa (sequential flow) class, that moves slower, with more attention to longer fluid holds, moving meditations, lunar flows and pranayama. Both silence and music are used to enhance your experience. Taoist theory of Yin Flow will also be explored through the body~breath. Cultivate fluid mobility and deep strength while tuning into subtle levels of energetic awareness. This class is open to all levels of experience.
ScheduleYoga Unwindings
This is a more gentle and subtle practice of moving through the layers of the inner body utilizing the form of yoga asana to unravel, or unwind the body-mind patterns that accumulate throughout life. Both silence and music are used to enhance your experience. This class is open to all levels of experience. Come with a willingness to dive into the depths of your sacred temple, your home of spirit.

Private yoga sessions are invaluable in terms of developing the therapeutic benefits of your life-practice. This session will include time for a personal assessment, asana review of alignment and form, time for questions about all aspects of yoga and your personal practice. We will develop and review one practice session for you to begin on your own at home.
